Shipping restrictions and other conditions

1. No shipments are made to PO Boxes, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Orders placed for any of these addresses will be canceled.

2. Some Greek islands may carry additional costs and / or transport delays. Before making the purchase you can consult them at shop@acebosshoes.com

3. Shipments to the United Kingdom, as well as those to the International Zone, may incur customs charges. These will always be the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Only the countries enabled in the drop-down on the Payment Page are available. For other countries consult with shop@acebosshoes.com

Terms

1. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday during business hours. From Monday to Thursday, orders that are made from 3:00 p.m. (Spanish time) will begin to compute within 8 am of the next day. Orders placed on the weekend (from Friday at 3:00 p.m.) will begin to count from Monday at 8:00 a.m.

2. 1 delivery attempt will be made by the carrier. If it is unsuccessful, his order will be deposited at a collection point so that he can pick it up in the next 7 days. After this period, the order will return to our warehouse, generating shipping costs to re-process it, although in the initial order the shipping would have been free.

3. Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify the delivery address online. If you need to change any information, please contact shop@acebosshoes.com as soon as possible to report the incident.

4. Orders are processed automatically and we cannot advance or delay shipping times.

5. In case of customs expenses, these will be borne by the client in all cases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- You can change or return any model purchased in our online store during the 14 days following the delivery date.

- The product to be exchanged or returned must arrive at our facilities in the same state in which it was sent, without signs of having been used and with its original full packaging (box, protectors and labels)

CHANGES

Terms

1. The first change is free.

2. Changes can be made for size and color of the same model. If you want to change the model, it will be necessary to carry out a new purchase operation.

3. If the requested size or color is not available, you have two options:

    a) Receive a Voucher with the amount paid in the initial order, without expiration, to be able to buy any other item available on the web.

    b) Refund the initial operation and make a new purchase.

4. For the second and subsequent changes to the same Order, the shipping and / or collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Change procedure

1º) Send us an email to shop@acebosshoes.com and request your change, providing the following information:

Order Number, Date, Name, Telephone, Color / Size purchased, Color / Size to be replaced and Reason

2nd) We will indicate the steps to follow so that we can receive the product.

3º) Once the merchandise has been received, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the previous Section: “General conditions”.

4th) If the change is accepted, we will notify you via email and we will send the requested product.

5º) If the change is denied, we will inform you of the reasons by the same means and we will make the product available to you in the same conditions and packaging that we received it so that you can order its collection.

RETURNS (TOTAL OR PARTIAL)

Terms

- Returns are understood to be those operations that require total or partial reimbursement of the payment made.

- In returns, the shipping and collection costs are borne by the customer in all cases.

Refund procedure (total or partial)

1º) Send us an email to shop@acebosshoes.com and request your change, providing the following information:

Order Number, Date, Name, Telephone, Color / Size to be returned and Reason

2nd) We will indicate the steps to follow so that we can receive the product.

3º) Once the merchandise has been received, we will proceed to check if it complies with the exchange and return conditions reflected in the Section of this document: “General conditions”.

4th) If the return is accepted we will notify you via email and proceed to the corresponding refund, using the same payment method that you used, not being possible to make the deposit by other means.

The refund will correspond to the returned products, except for shipping costs, if there were any in the initial order.

5º) The time necessary to process the refund of the amount may vary depending on the payment method used:

- Card Credit: Our bank will refund the amount of the refund 7 days after the return confirmation email accepted. The time it will take to see the amount in your account will depend on your credit card provider.

  - PayPal: You will receive the refund in your PayPal account during the following 24 hours after receiving the accepted return confirmation email.

6th) If the return is denied, we will inform you of the reasons by the same means and we will make the product available to you in the same conditions and packaging that we received it so that you can order its collection.
